Deactivating a user
Who is this article for?Administrators responsible for managing users within their organisation.
User Management access is required.
If a user leaves your organisation or goes on secondment, you may want to disable their access to the system. You can reactivate these accounts at any time.
This article shows you how you can deactivate users in the system.
1. Deactivating users
To deactivate a user:
- Access User Management.
- Find the user you want to deactivate.
- Click View.
This will bring up the User details pane.
- Click Edit user to modify the user.
- Proceed with Next.
- Untick Active.
- Click Save.
To reactivate the user profile, follow the same steps and tick the Active box.
