Navigating Surveys

In Ideagen Academy, navigation through surveys is facilitated by accessing the Go to surveys option on the course dashboard. Participants can easily engage with surveys, responding to questions configured for a user-friendly experience, and survey results can be efficiently reviewed by selecting the specific survey within the course dashboard.
1. Navigating Surveys
To access the surveys and survey questions, go to the course dashboard, click Add Content, and select Go to surveys.
1.1 Surveys Tab
- The Surveys tab displays a list of all the surveys available to the lesson.
- You can use the Add Survey button to add another survey to the lesson.
- The Operations column allows additional actions:
- Preview survey
- Print survey
- Edit survey
- Delete survey
- You can download the survey list as an Excel-compatible CSV file by clicking the button at the bottom of the page.
1.2 Questions Tab
- The Questions tab displays a list of all existing survey questions for the lesson and the question type code (hovering over the question type code will display more detail).
- You can use the Add Question button to add another question (see Adding survey questions).
- The Operations column allows additional actions:
- Preview question
- Edit question
- Delete question
- You can download the question list as an Excel-compatible CSV file by clicking the button at the bottom of the page.
1.3 Recently Completed Tab
- The Recently Completed tab displays a list of all recently completed surveys for the lesson including the survey name, the date it was completed, and the learner's name.
- The Operations column allows additional actions:
- View completed survey
- Delete completed survey
- You can download the list of recently-completed surveys as an Excel-compatible CSV file by clicking the button at the bottom of the page.
