Who is this article for?

Users who need to update course status for enrolled users.

Instructor role is required.

Instructors can update the course status of enrolled users directly from their Instructor account.

1. Editing course status

To edit course status:

1. Sign in to your Ideagen Academy account using your Instructor credentials.
2. Navigate to the Courses section.
3. Locate the course that requires action.
4. Click the course name to view additional options.
5. Switch to the Users tab.
   This will display a list of all users enrolled in the selected course, along with their current course statuses.

6. Tick the box next to each user you want to update.
   To update all users, use the checkbox at the right of the list (if available).

7. Click With Selected.
8. Choose a Status from the dropdown.
9. Click Apply.

The updated status will be applied to all selected users.
