When signing in to Ideagen Academy, your account is set to use Google Authenticator for two-factor authentication (2FA) by default, but you can change this to email verification.

Changing your authentication method

To change your authentication method from Google Authenticator to email:

1. Sign in to Ideagen Academy.
2. Select Email as your authentication method.
3. Click Send verification code.
4. Enter the verification code you receive by email.
